Custom-Designed Seating Charts!
If you don’t see exactly what you’re looking for, we can
design something unique for you and your event.
How it works:
1) Place order - Click on the link below to place your order for a custom-designed chart. (Please note, we have a 4-week minimum lead time for custom-designed charts.) Our design fee is $75, plus $150 base price for a seating chart. You can add on finishing options such as mounting and framing. Custom colors are free and we'll offer an expanded font selection as well.
2) Consultation - We will email a short questionnaire to get initial thoughts and ideas on what you are looking for. We will also set up a short phone discussion so we can iron out the details before design begins. We may email you some graphics to review to help us gauge your likes and dislikes.
3) Design Proofs - You will receive a total of three proofs during the custom-design process. The first two are for design only and include mock names. The first proof will be sent electronically within 7 business days after our phone conversation. Once you provide feedback, we’ll make edits to the design and submit a second proof for approval of the design.
Proof charges: If you require more than two proofs in order to finalize the design, there is a $15 charge per proof.
Graphics charges: A portion of the design fee may go towards the purchase of graphics. If during the process, you change direction and we need to purchase different graphics to complete your order, additional charges may apply.
4) Guest Name Submission & Final Proof - At least 7-10 business days before the event, email the completed template with your guest names and table numbers/table names. We will input your guest information and email the final proof for your approval. The chart will then go into production.
