Payment is due in full at the time you place your order. Changes to the order, such as quantity, graphic design components, fonts, color, wording, etc. can be made during the proof process. Any charges relating to changes to your order – such as additional proof fees, increases or decreases in quantity, and other cost-related items will be reflected on a new invoice sent after proof approval. This new invoice must be paid in full before the order will be sent into production. Additional charges will be invoiced through PayPal, which you can pay using credit or debit card or with PayPal.
Due to the customized nature of our products, returns & refunds are considered on an individual basis at the sole discretion of The Seating Chart Boutique. Cancellations made before proof approval will be subject to a fee of 35% of the total purchase price, plus any additional fees charged (i.e. custom color, custom design, additional proofs, font change, etc.). Orders canceled after proof approval will not receive a refund.
Please note: Customer will be responsible for risk of loss, shipping and handling fees for returning or exchanging any product ordered. Additional fees may be charged to customer in the event customer fails to follow the return or exchange instructions provided to customer by The Seating Chart Boutique.
We trust our customers to make sure that their spelling, grammar, colors, and all other printed content is correct in the proofs they receive. You are responsible for making any and all necessary corrections before indicating their approval to send the job to production. The Seating Chart Boutique cannot be held liable in any way for errors in spelling, grammar, color and all other printed content once the proof has been approved by customer. You are obligated to pay all original and additional costs in the event that an order needs to be reprinted due to errors that existed in an approved proof. The Seating Chart Boutique may be able to discount a reprint request in its sole discretion. However, the cost of a reprint is in addition to the cost of the initial order placed, and the costs associated with it.
We have done our best to represent the colors you see on your screen as closely as possible to the printed product, but we make no guarantee that the color you see on screen or from your own printer will be identical to the final printed chart. To accurately choose the correct color, please request our free Color Palettes which includes our 23 standard colors and nearly 250 custom colors. The samples are printed on the actual paper stock using the same printer that will be used for your chart.
Due to the custom nature of our products, refunds or reprints will be considered on a case by case basis should the final printed product not match the color palettes printed by the Seating Chart Boutique. If you place an order without requesting a color palette, we can not be held responsible for color discrepancies.
For custom designs, the custom design fee is charged when a customer commissions The Seating Chart Boutique to create a unique piece (i.e. not a product from our standard designs). Custom-designed charts begin at $225. Fees charged for custom work are fully non-refundable. Please see our Custom Design page for details on the process.
The Seating Chart Boutique is proud of our product and we aim to exceed the your expectations in our products and our service. However, you should inspect the order carefully once it arrives. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with their order, you should contact us within two (2) business days of receipt of delivery. We will evaluate the request at that time and determine how to address it. We cannot honor requests to repair or replace damaged goods if the request is submitted more than two (2) days after the order is received. We may ask to have the damaged item sent to us at our expense for a quality control assessment.

The Seating Chart Boutique reserves the right to use any and all products designed and produced by its staff for advertising and marketing purposes, whether such creation is a custom order or otherwise. This use also includes, but is not limited to using customer testimonials and customer designs as product samples, in photographs and in advertisements. This applies to all marketing and advertising by The Seating Chart Boutique both online, verbal media and in print. If you are opposed to any aspect of his/her design being used in this manner, customer must notify us in writing at the time of order placement.
All designs and graphical representations and rights, title and interest of any printed materials created by The Seating Chart Boutique, whether custom order or otherwise, are the sole and exclusive property of The Seating Chart Boutique. The products and content represented on www.seatingchartboutique.com and in printed marketing material may not be reproduced in any fashion without the express written consent of The Seating Chart Boutique.
Ownership and responsibility for risk of loss to any ordered products passes to customer upon delivery by third party shipping company. The Seating Chart Boutique reserves the right, but is not required to insure any such products with the third party shipping company until delivery confirmation is received. You should notify us immediately if you believe part of the order is missing, wrong or damaged.
The Seating Chart Boutique is not responsible for delays in shipping once it leaves the printer. Please place your order and review proofs within a timely manner to ensure you receive your order in time.
